What is unprocessed virgin hair?

 

There are many types of hair extensions to choose from when selecting your new look. unprocessed virgin hair is the most sought after and the highest  quality hair that one can purchase. It is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All Nvius Collection Raw Indian temple hair is guaranteed to be authentic and is imported directly from its origin land.

 

How much hair do I need?

 

For a full installation, the average head requires about 10 oz. of hair. If hair is longer than 16”, 3 to 4 bundles (12-16 oz.) is recommend to give a thick look.

 

What is your shipping policy?

 

Here at Nvius Collection , we strive and work hard to accomodate orders in a timely manner for our customers. During normal operations, we process orders within 3 business days, after which, tracking information will be emailed.

 

During peak times of sales, such as BOGO (buy one, get one) promotions, processing times can take upwards of 7 to 10 business days. Due to the high volume of orders, sale orders will not be processed until after the sale has ended. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. We use USPS to ship our orders and find that most packages reach customers within 7 business days after processing has completed. However, due to weather, holidays, or inaccuracies in shipping addresses, delays may take place.

Can I color my Nvius extensions?

 

Absolutely! One of the benefits of possessing true unprocessed virgin hair is that it can be colored to your liking. However, we do recommend that you allow a professional to color the extensions as to avoid mistakes or overprocessing of the hair.

 

How do I keep and take care of my Nvius extensions?

 

As an authorized supplier and master stylist, the most important tips to follow are to not sleep on damp hair, brush hair before shampooing, and do not use cotton scarfs. Also, limit the amount of product placed in hair extensions as it can weigh hair down and cause tangling. A silk or satin pillowcase and scarf will become your best friends.
